This October, we present you the Simmental breed of cattle that is known for being big in both size and flavor.
Our Simmental steak selection comes from the selected farms in Bavaria, Germany – a place where the cattle is fed on rich grass and is given freedom to wander through the lush hillside pastures.
This ensures the meat is rich in taste and has a good level of marbling while having a low fat content with high omega oils.
