In the month of May, we are presenting something oldie but goodie. The Charolais beef from France is one of the oldest recognized breeds of cattle. With their distinctive white coats and horns, they are synonymous with French farming and cuisine. These large cattle have a unique muscle structure that provides excellent quality steaks that are both flavorful and tender.
